crossover upgrades for m10 s2, and m5 s2

i recently picked up a pair of m10s and a pair m5s - both series 2. They all sound really good, but I wont settle for anything less than full potential, so I want to upgrade the capacitors and resistors. Problem is i dont know one capacitor from another, so I have no idea what i want to get. Can anyone tell me exactly what caps/resistors i want to put in these things?

If not pull the cup and read the values on the caps inside.
