Hey Polkies, sorry I've been away for awhile, been very busy, I've missed ya'll lot's!!
This is an urgent warning for those who played in Coldwater Creek, had the creek flood their property or had dirt from the creek used as landfill in their subdivision where they lived, you could be in danger, or already have unexplained illnesses.
I lived in Paddock Forrest subdivision from 1970-1977, played in that creek almost daily as most boys and girls will do when young, I had a Gligioma brain tumor removed in 2007. This are rare slow growing tumors, mine was found by accident during a routine CAT scan after a fall...you could have one and not know it until it gets big....check with your insurance after speaking with attorneys, I suggest Christopher Byron, http://pview.findlaw.com/view/1231833_1
This is a new finding of radioactive waste dumped near the creek 60 years ago, many folks in their 30's, 40's and 50's are having illnesses alleged to be tied to exposure to this nuclear waste. Highly enriched Uranium was produced in downtown St. Louis for the 'Manhattan Project' bombs in the 1940's. Tons of info, google Coldwater Creek nuclear waste for some interesting reading.
I'd like to stress again, my tumor was found by accident before I had symptoms, don't wait if you're in the high risk group, please get checked out, if you or anyone you know might or is having medical issues, please call the attorney, this is a federal lawsuit, it will take time to prepare everything.
Sorry to be a Debbie Downer but, this is important. There are some folks on Facebook as well for more info.
