My old receiver has finally gone down and I am looking for a new 7.1 receiver to replace it my current setup speaker wise is:
Pair of Tsi 200s-Rear
Tsi cs20-Center
Pair of 201 Bose Bookself Speakers-Sides
Pair of Tsi 500's-Front
BIC America V-1220 12-Inch 430-Watt Down-Firing Powered Subwoofer

Also would like to know since I have a pretty large area is it worth it to go 7.2 or will 7.1 be sufficient and is it also worth the extra money to get a 3D capable receiver? Any advice or suggestion on what I should get would be greatly appreciated?

Pioneer SC-68 should do the trick. Or go to www.pioneerelectronics.com and work your way down to something you can afford. Also plenty of good choices in FS hear.

I have the Denon 4311ci and it is spectacular. I really like it. There is a new version coming soon, but I think that it is going to be a lot more (they are merging the 43xx and the 48xx line.) Important to me was the Audyssey MultEQ-XT 32, networking and 140W x 9 channels. It is 3D ready (with HDMI 1.4) but that was not an up-sell for me.

    Receiver: Denon 4311ci

Get the receiver that has all the bells and whistles that you want it to have and make sure it has preouts for future power upgrades.
If you have a large room, then by all means get a second sub, since it will help balance out the bass. Take a look at the Polk DSW line of subs, they are terrific.

I'd find one that has pre-outs, and +1 to the XT32.

I'm more interested for your review of that BIC sub! Good luck and welcome.
