Need Outdoor Center Channel recommendations

Hi Folks,

Summer is approaching (or at least here in the NW the temps are above 60F) and I want to set up an Outdoor HT. I have a pair of Russound speakers with 4" drivers that came with the house and I picked up (cheap) a nice pair of Boston Acoustic Voyager VOYARK8T2R 8-Inch Rock speakers. (used as "hidden" surrounds as well as 5ch Stereo.)

I need/want a center channel that is weather-proof. I also plan on upgrading the (underwhelming) Russound speakers later, but budget wise, I want to keep things under control. This may sway people's opinions of what to recommend.
I'm trying to tuck under $250

I am considering either the Atrium 65 SDI or the 8 SDI because the come as a single for around the $200 point street price. The other option is to buy a pair of Atrium 5's and then use them as a center now and later use them to replace the Russounds.

Thoughts?

Where are you at in the NW? Was checking CL today and saw a pair of Atrium 45's for I think $100. Can't remember where they were...

I'm near Portland, Oregon. I was a little hesitant on the Atrium 4's due to their 75Hz roll off. I like the idea of a little deeper sound.
I also just found a pair of Atrium 6's for a good price (a few bucks over my budget...but hey, you gotta push boundaries sometimes.)
