You can use a wall mount rated for 20lbs or higher, but that will likely require drilling mounting holes into the speaker since center channels aren't typically set up for wall mounting. Or you could mount a shelf to your wall and set the speaker on the shelf.
This speaker mount will support up to 33lbs:

Or you could go for a tasteful glass shelf, something like this:

Thank you for your quick response! I like the glass shelf idea better, but it looks like the cs20 is a little wider than the shelf, not sure how it would look on the shelf.

That's true. There are wider shelves available if you do an Amazon search for "double wide AV shelf," but they are a lot bulkier looking.
Another option for a more stealthy mount would be something like this:
http://www.amazon.com/Sanus-Systems-VMAVB-Component-Shelf/dp/B000BS24V4
It basically eliminates the shelf part and just has the brackets supporting the speaker directly. I think that would look good.

Actually that one is 17" deep and your speaker is only about 10" deep so that may not work so well. I just found this, and it looks like it should be perfect:

Although the reviews say they are a bit flimsy, and since there are two of them, getting them mounted at the same level will be critical (and potentially difficult).
Here we go, single mount, adjustable depth:

Thank you so much for the links! The Pinpoint AM15 looks really like the one I want, my only concern is that it has an adjustable depth from 7" to 11.5" and one reviewer said it gets flimsy when it's fully extended. since the cs20 is almost 11" deep, don't know if that's really a problem or not.

Then you might consider this one:
http://www.amazon.com/Peerless-Adjustable-Component-Shelf-AV/dp/B00155PSXS
Has a 100lb capacity. Smallest depth is 15" though, so either the speaker would sit a few inches away from the wall or you'd have a bit of the bracket sticking out further than the speaker. Of course you need some space between the speaker and the wall for speaker cables, and you don't want to completely block the port on the rear, so that may be fine. Also would be easier to mount since it's just one piece.
