hey guys i have spoken with some of you on my other posts on my setup but i will be moving this weekend and i may look at a new or even used reciever this weekend. What would be some that you all would recommend? I would really love to find a smokin deal on e-bay or amazon on something used or discounted since the one i have is barely a year old. that would take the sting out of the expense. Wether new or used i would like like a 7.1 with i-pod integration and thats about all i require so i am pretty open. Thanks in advance for the help. TSI 300's front-CSi10 center-TSI 100's rear surround and a 10" KLH powered sub is what i currently have but that is subject to change after i get moved in if i cant get the sound i am after.

Onkyo TX-NR809 from Accessories4less. Its an authorized reseller of Factory refurbished units. You still get a 1 year warranty as well. If the 809's power is a bit much for you, its smaller brother the 709 can be had for under 450 and just doesnt have as much power.
Either one of those will drive your speakers fine and they both have pre-outs incase you want to add a dedicated amp later on.
You might be able to find deals on New 809 or 709's but not for much longer as the 818 is coming out and its going to kill both those models since it has a better EQ (Audyssey XT 32 v. their XT version)."....not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted." Any of these would be very good choices and you could make an offer for at or below $1k. My preference is the order they are in. But they all are very nice.

All of the above receivers are "great" choices but not all of them can handle ipod interfaces? Anthem is a nice sounding piece but something like an Onkyo has so many more features it's not even fair to compare the two even though the Anthem will have the better sound for music.
Elite, also a good choice. Heck, they're all good.
Have fun. Any of these receivers have "more" than enough power for your current speaker set and give you room to upgrade in the future. The first thing I would do is dump that KLH sub!
