    Me too! Can't wait, I hope it will be an adequate distraction. Tomorrow I find out if I will lose my job after 24 years with the co. I have a bad feeling!!!

    Steve - Keep the faith buddy.

    Sounds like a great buy. The Zepplin DVD is excellent.
    CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

    It's good none the less, but I thought you should know.

    It turns out the band had nothing to do with this production.

    got it..I held off picking up Rush in Rio on cd though as the word is it sounds as bad as a bad bootleg. heck i can get Rush bootlegs or free..why pay 15 bucks

    Whoever picked this up or is going to pick this up. It's the director's cut and includes added visuals that IMO take away from the original. If you go into the special features there's the original cut included as well and thank god.

    Agreed. I saw a 5.1 version for those with region free DVD players on E-bay.

    dont worry..the directors cut of this sucks..a bunch of crappy new visuals added with planets, space, etc..the original cut is included but no better than the vcd which is what i assume you have on order? I ahve the vcd as well . Im gonna keep that and get rid of the dvd..what a complete waste and letdown

    If you don't have it, it's not a let down. It's still better than VHS. I do agree that it could have been done quite a lot better.

    I was directing my comment toward the guy who had just ordered the vcd of it. he was worried he just wasted his money on the vcd. To those with the VCD the DVD IS a letdown. the most piss poor music dvd thats been released in the last few months IMO compared to the Led Zeppelin and Allmans at the Beacon DVD's.
