    The penalty is ONLY "up to three years" ? Some penalties sure don't match their crimes or damages !

    The guy who "during the Rodney King verdict Riot, rampages and vandalisms" smashed the truck drivers head with a brick and kicked his head a few times more, changed his life forever for the worse, only got a small penalty too if I remember. BS

    Do these crimes to a judge and see what you get in jail/prison time then....
    Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them.
