I purchased 2 RTi 100 towers from a seller on Amazon.com. They arrived with one having the top right corner smashed and a marr on the top. The seller says he's not responsible (he's right about that lol) and the speakers have a 5 yrear warrenty and that Polk should fix it.

Does Polk warrent this vs the seller?

I love the speakers and am torn about returning them.

NO, polk wont warrant the damage in shipping.. No way.
they warrant the drivers and internals if you have a receipt from an authorized dealer, The seller should do a claim and get you a refund or partial refund what ever you 2 come up with,

There should have been insurance on them when shipped, you might want to try to file for a claim.
