    Reminds me of an old friend of mine - English was his second language - telling of his failed explanation attempt at the city impound lot. He swore to them that the sign said, "Tow Away No. Parking Anytime"! :lol:

    Yes...punctuation, absent, imagined or real, can make all the difference in the world.
