Can anybody tell me what the difference is between these two tweeters. Besides the color. Silver are the originals.

Looks like they might be from the 2 different series of the Monitor series. Series I had a grey faceplate with silver accents, and Series II had a black faceplate with the darker grey accents. The series changes were only in color, if I'm not mistaken; all the same insides I mean.
    TV - LG 42" LED
    Receiver - Pioneer VSX-521
Front speakers - Polk Monitor 40's Series II
Center - Polk Monitor CS1 Series II
    Surround - Polk Audio OWM3
    Subwoofer - JBL L8400P

I blew a tweeter in my old CS1 and the replacement looked like that as well, it's just a series II and makes no difference with the grills on.

Besides the color, there is no difference.

It's just how they look now.

    Thanks.
I wasn"t worried about the appearance. Just concerned about any audio differences. This was the first time Polk sent a replacement that looked different. After being installed, they sound great and I'm back in business.
