Hey guys,
I just got my 525 today. I have a question, I want to use S-video for the out to my tv, but my dad likes to tape things and we have a VCR with only composite input. If I feed the 525 an s-video input can I output an S-video signal AND a downconverted composite signal at the same time? If not, can the H/K downconvert at all? Also, If you happen to have a Scientific Atlanta Digital Cable box and know if it can output an S-video and Composite signal simultaneously that would help, too.
Yes I could either spend half an hour with a manual or try it and see what happens but the setup is hard to access and I was hoping someone could answer it off the top of your head.
I may take pictures because you are all picture-whores, but I'm using it with infinity's and I wouldn't want to get flamed ala steveinaz I'll have to take pics of my 2 ch rig as well I guess.
Thanks for the help

I have a HK 510, so it may not be the same. I have a S-Video and a composite hooked up. I just have to switch from S-Video to AUX in my TV settings to use either option. Mine works fine.
