Gold Lion Tubes

I have a lead on a pair of rare speakers (no spoiler until their in my possession), but I need a little more in capital to secure the deal. All three sets of these tubes have around 300 hours on them, and were matched at the factory; I did get them directly from New Sensor. They are now fully burned in, and retested both with my Superior TV-11 and my ear; better than new IMO as all the work is done. All Gold Lion tubes have some of the best new tube build quality, and they are very detailed with out being cold or harsh. The KT77s are great variant for any new EL34 on the market, but the 6922s are my favorite new production variant of that tube.

OK right now I use a quad of 6N1P's in my preamp section so I think these will work. Are they Genelex ?

Place in line noted; they can sub for 6DJ8, 7308, ECC88, 6N23P (Russian), 6N11 (Chinese), etc. In my amp, they can also sub for 6N1P, 7DJ8, or 6BQ7A.

I'd prefer to sell the matched quads, but I'm flexible.

A quad of these would work great for you replacing the 6N1Ps.

Hey I just checked and my power tubes are also el34.

Can you tell me more about the sound of your quad of the kt77's. I may consider adding them

They are detailed and musical, but not mushy like some EL34s. However, they still retain that great, midrange warmth that makes EL34s so popular.
