ID speaker cable

Sorry for the picture quality, but can anyone tell what kind of speaker cable is this? builder's grade?
I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.

    you're right. I was hoping that the white jacket looks familiar to somebody. I know it doesn't look like the cheap spool from Radio Shack.

    Looks like standard Cat5 to me from that shot. I can tell you that it likely isn't more than 10 cents a foot.
