Ovation audio just called me. It appears they dropped the B&k 5125 floor model they were shipping me. I swear I am cursed. First my Onkyo blows up now this. I am going crazy. I've about had it, must be bad karma or something. The guy said it was fubared. Just my luck.

    Look on the bright side, they called and told you about it instead of shipping it to you and blaming the shipping company. Sucks not to have it, but at least you know the people you are dealing with want to do the right thing! You'll find another one, be patient.

    News flash..........



    Ovation audio just returned my call. They are replacing my broken demo with this years model for same price. That is over 60% below retail w/ full warranty.

    New amp on the way is 5ch x 200w @ 4ohms all ch's driven. I can't wait . I got a sweet deal. The thing retails over 1200$.:D Ovation Audio went out of their way to make good on the deal.

    Good for you and Ovation. It's good to hear stories about companies delivering on customer service. Too often we just hear the bad things.
