any experience with multiple side channels?

Hi Folks,
Last HT rebuild question of the night. Does anyone have experience with multiple side surround sound channels?
I really want to use dipole F/X style speakers because of the great experience I have had with my LS f/x over the past 10 years. I am also planning on inwall speakers because of the kid factor. Polk should be releasing the 65F/X-RT soon, so it is on the top of my list for a match with my current speakers.
So my questions on wiring are as follows:
1) Do I home run each speaker or do I daisy chain and make the proper connections behind one of the speakers?
2) Do I wire the speakers in series/parallel or do I get a impedance bridge to keep everything at 8ohms?
3) With a Dipole setup, do you wire them with the same phase orientation (+ - + -) or do you wire them so the phases line up together (+ - - +)?
Sorry that the last question is a weird one. I just have this fear that the same orientation will end up creating dead spots due to destructive interference.
Background on the room. It is (14'9" wide and 23' deep. The ceilings are low (basement) at 6'10". One wall juts in by the seating area by 1 foot (juts in due to fireplace footing) for the 8' in the middle. Of course this is exactly where the seating and side speakers will have to go, but that is life right?
The side speakers are aligned with two rows of seating and will sit between 4' and 5' apart (still working on final seating and wall stud locations.
Thanks in advance for the help!
