RTiA5
FXiA6

I'm a little on the fence on this. I was set on the RIiA5's because of the dual midrange drivers, but now considering the FXiA6's because of the dual tweeters.

You need to factor room size and other speakers used

I would say FXI A6 as well. Plus the RTI A5's are not tall enough for surround sound.

FXia6 since surrounds sound better mounted 2 feet above ear level. You are of course welcome to try to mount the A5's that way. :)

Geoffrey, I think we talked a little about this a while ago, but I'm liking the Fx's for surround. I think you can see by the poll what the general concensus is

    It appears to be unanimai!

Tower height doesn't discourage me since I used short stands to bring my M70's up in the surround spot, but I am intrigued by the dipole/bipole option and appreciate the responses about better sound field.

So I'll welcome the FX's into my set up.

But now the billion $$ question, since these speakers are rated at 150watts and my receiver is rated at .01 wpc, am I in danger of clipping my speakers since I love to crank it?:mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen:
