pairing a sub with stock system

i just bought a 2010 Volkswagen CC sport. it has a pretty decent sound stock system. i have a polk audio enclosed 12 that i had in my previous vehicle. is there any way that i can buy an AMP and incorperate it with the sub and my stock system?? a lot of the cars features (blue tooth, voice commands etc.) are set up through the stock stereo system and im not sure how many issues may arrise buy removing it and putting in an aftermarket system. not to mention the additoinal cost.
