Recently came across a story that's more than a month old. 68-year old Marine vet and retired corrections officer killed in his own home by police who broke in after his medic alert system was accidentally set off early one morning.

Normally I'd suspect that there's more to the story than is being told (and there may still be). However, in edition to eye (ear) witnesses, there are apparently audio and video recordings of what happened (not yet released), so it will be hard to dispute what happened if it is true.

If the attorney is taking this to the grand jury, then there must be a lot more to the story than what is in that article.
