I've owned several Pro-ject TTs. The brand is my favorite of all TT manufacturers because of its fun sound, excellent value and beautiful looks. BUT! Pro-ject's manuals are the worst pieces of literature in HiFi today.
The manual provided by Henley Designs completely rectifies the shortcoming of Pro-ject. It helped me out a lot. I know it will help you if you take the time to work through each step of the setup process.

Don't have a project but that is a great manual. Setup is critical to achieving maximum sound and trouble free listening.Speakers: SDA-1C (most all the goodies)
