Would you recommend a Marantz CD5004 over a Onkyo C-7030

I currently own the Onkyo and dislike it. I know I shouldn't expect much from a 200 dollar CD player but I thought this would be great seeing how it has a nice dac. My biggest issue with this player is sibilance. At first it wasn't a big deal but over time it starts to really annoy me.

I was thinking about moving on to the Marantz but i'm not sure if it would sound any better. I don't have any local dealers or places I can listen to one.

What do you guys think?

    I cannot speak for the Onkyo but I do have the CD5004. It sounds good. Only knock that I can think of is the tray is a little noisy upon opening or closing the unit. The rest is a-ok. It has a bypass mode that I use all the time. I feel it is a good CD player for $349 and carries a 3 year warranty.

    I haven't heard the Onkyo but the Marantz is fine in that price range!

    Is that the new Onkyo model? If so, it might be worth a listen if you can arrange for that.

    I also have a CD5004 and just bought a CD5003 last week, I wanted an onkyo SACD/CD player but no one had a Onkyo to demo, the Marantz sounds good for the price they are asking for it.
