decent cheap HT pre-amp/processor

My lovely Yamaha rxv992's pre-outs have went out. The cost to fix is WAY more than I'd like to spend.
Anyone have a cheap Home Theater pre/pro that preferably has component inputs? Looking to spend less than 150 with shipping included

    i have a sunfire cinema grand. can't remember if it has the component inputs that your looking for though. otherwise i have a couple receivers also one is a yamaha and the other is a denon. also where in illinois are you located?

    If it does I'm all over it well as long as component video input's that will go well with my TFM25
