SDA identification

I have a pair of SDA's that I'm trying to identify, (ie. make, model, maybe year) so I can properly list them.

I know there are a number of SDA2 revisions, so I'm a bit at a loss.

    Pull the mid drivers and tell us what their numbers are "e.g. MWXXX"
