I was wondering if I could get your guys opinion on this amp, and whether the price seems fair:

Adcom GFA - 5503 200 x 3
Asking $575 + shipping
Thanks

Good amp, but the price is a bit too high. At that price I would at least expect free shipping. One recently sold on eBay that was also mint in box, for $441 + $75 shipping, $516 total. There's another mint in box unit being bid on right now that's at $266.77 + $80 shipping, with 3 days left. If it were me I'd probably bid on the eBay one, and if that didn't pan out, try and talk the Audiogon guy down a bit. YMMV. There is a risk you could end up with neither, so it really depends on how badly you want it.
Just noticed that the Audiogon one does not include the original box, whereas the two on eBay did.

1 more. This is an adcom gfa7705. I actually need a 5 ch amp (5 speaker Lsi system) so this would work better. Wants 800, shipping would be 80 -
