    The guy with the huge (Side Show Freak Huge!) biceps is real. I saw him about a week ago on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. He was in one of those goofy audience participation scenes where people show of their strange or unusual talents. He took off his jacket to show off his arms but he wasn't pumped up, so he looked like he had grandma's saggy **** grafted to his arms. Not something to be proud of.
