i remember seeing this in 83 when it first came out...i thought it was the best concert ever! i found a copy at goodwill for $2...i was ripped:)! it's awful! clapton? not even luke warm...beck? meh! page? sweet jeezus... the poor boy seemed so strung out...totally brutalized stairway...amazing what 30 years can do to your memory..clapton is way better, beck is killin', page is over-charging for signed copies of 25 yr old releases:cheesygrin:

Yep, it was awful. It was Page's 1st attempt out on stage since Bonzo's death. Clapton begged him to be a part of it to get him out of his funk, so to speak. It's just an awful concert, Tony Thompson is just awful as well.

I saw again about 5-6 years ago and realized how bad it was.

"Appreciation of audio is a completely subjective human experience. Measurements can provide a measure of insight, but are no substitute for human judgment. Why are we looking to reduce a subjective experience to objective criteria anyway? The subtleties of music and audio reproduction are for those who appreciate it. Differentiation by numbers is for those who do not".--Nelson Pass Pass Labs XA25 | EE Avant Pre | EE Mini Max Supreme DAC | MIT Shotgun S1 | Pangea AC14SE MKII | Legend L600 | BlueSound Node 3 - Tubes add soul!
