I got out last week and started playing paintball. I thought it was very fun, something easy to get into and enjoy. I bought my own marker (Tippmann 98) with tons of mods. Just wondering if any of you guys are into it or have played. Out here, playing with the mil guys, it can get intense especially in combat town.

Pic of my modded 98 custom.

I still have a few markers. I don't really play anymore. I've had several Autocockers, Angels etc. But the 98 Custom is still probably the best most reliable marker out there! I have 2 fully modded. I also have a stock pump ATI marker. I use to play about every weekend. Prefer woodsball though over the fields.

You should add an expansion chamber to your 98. You'll see more consistent shots with more stable pressure in the gun. Also, while that scope looks cool. It is really useless.....imho. Is that a whisper barrel on yours?

Halo would love to see some pics. I've been looking for the expansion chamber, do you have any links or recommendations. Also we are playing woodsball, and agree it is my preference as well. Barrel is 16" RAP4 MP4 barrel. Love the look and yes the scope is just for fun bro. HA!! If your selling your Tippmanns, let me know I'm looking for another one for my lil guy ( 10 yr old ). Also using HPA rather than CO2 out here in Japan. For some reason they only have HPA when on the fields here, so I use the NINJA 68/4500 Carbon Fiber Ghost Tank.

Used to play all the time. Then saw how much money I was spending and stopped before it got out of hand. Can be very addictive...

I used to play PSP and NPPL, I have spent waaaay too much money in the past on it. I've only got one marker now, SP Shocker, freak kit, Nasty X board and trigger, New Designz low rise, and a few other things done to it. I miss tourney play, but there doesn't seem to be much around me, I've got a whole duffle full of random equipment I've bought/won over the years. Really just need to sell it all at once. Can be super fun, at any level. I'll do some digging, I still think I have a bunch of photos of me hunkered down behind an airball bunker at various events.

I bought all m stuff from a local store in Atlanta. I'd just look online. No stores near you? Usually, around here, the fields have stores that sell that accesories. I am thinking shipping to Japan would be damn high?!?

They have limited supplies here, so I've ordered everything online. Let me know what you suggest, I would try one. If you don't know make/model I'll read up on them. Would still like to see your Tipps though. Nice to see alot of us have played/ or still do to some extent.

I have a Tippman A5 with the e-trigger. Good gun, haven't played in years though. I just enjoyed playing woods-ball...that was def. my favorite.

We have a large forest adjacent to my office and we get out and play when we can. I've played actua organized matches before. It's really fun if you can rent the whole place out for your group and not have to be part of a 50 man team.
    but it's lots of fun!
