    I'll take it.
Any idea if the battery grip on my rebel xt will fit the 50d?
    Thanks,
    Craig

I do not believe it will fit, as the grip for my T2i Rebel body will not fit the 50D.

Great price, congrats to the buyer. Thats an amazing price on the grip also, the (oem) grips hold their value extremely well as the bodies age. I had to pay almost $300 for a grip for my 5DmkII.

VCWalkins, no, it definitely won't fit. You can get a generic grip on eBay for the 50D, but they're still ~$80. I've used generic grips and they are nowhere near as nice, do not have reliable weather sealing, and tend to have problems with the battery door. For another $20, apc's used oem grip is definitley the way to go.

Nice camera with a more sturdier body in my opinion than the newer 60d or 70d GLWTS

Arrived safe and sound. Love the fit & finish. Very sturdy. I did underestimate the added heft a bit - I'll definitely need a monopod for games. Dropped in a new Canon 10-22 wide angle and shot a few interiors. I'm gonna like this thing! Much better in low light, fast processing, bigger display, and MUCH faster uploading to PC. (Not sure if that has more to do with the cards - my old one is Extreme III 8g). It didn't arrive early enough to try it out at the lacrosse game, so a thorough test will have to wait until we get to St. John. Looking forward to shooting tons. I see an L lens in my near future! <gulp>

Can't thank you enough for the smooth transaction, attention to detail, and great comm.

Prospective buyers should expect good things when dealing with Tony.

Bought a Canon Speedlite 430EX II Flash from Amazon for my Canon Rebel (early model). It made a huge difference in photos when using the flash.

External flash is the way to go. You got it for a good price too. With diffusers and angles you can dramatically improve your images.
