SRS Identification

How would I identify an original SRS v 1.2 or other variations (TL) of these top shelf speakers?
I have a pair of SDA 1Cs and absolutely love them. I am considering a purchase of the big boys and don't know much about them, the difference in the models, etc, and would appreciate any input from the experts here.
I read Darkque's awesome review comparing the SRS and 1.2 and upgrades and understand the internal differences, but how would I visually know the differences between them?
Sorry if this is covered in other threads, nothing coming up with search. Thanks in advance for your help here.

I think the most apparent sign is the white ring around the tweeter domes indicating the SL2000 (the non-tl). The 1.2tl tweeters have a unique (almost) gunmetal gray finish to them - the 'trilaminate'.

If the interconnect socket is pin/blade then they are 1.2's (1.2TL's if they have the SL3000 tweeters). If it's a blade/blade socket then they are the original SRS's. There's no such thing as a pin/blade original SRS.SDA SRS 2.3TL's

Thanks for the input gents, very helpful.
Also discovered that 1.2s have the SL2000 tweeter and the 1.2TLs have the SL3000 tweeter. In addition to the coloration changes you noted, the 3000 should have "Polk Audio" stamped on them in a circular pattern versus the linear pattern on the 2000.
I think I've found the 1.2 TLs and they may wind up home this weekend.
