How to Download WMP video from website?

Guys,

I need to download a video on a website. The site is being played by WMP when I access the site on my Windows 7 PC with Chrome Browser. Is there an app I can load into Chrome to capture and save this video as a file?

    I've used ANT toolbar before. Works well, and it's a pretty non-invasive toolbar (i.e. I turn it on and off as needed, it doesn't force you to search from it or anything)
