One pair of Infinity Qe and one pair Infinity Qb. Paid $175 for both pair. Look to be in good shape.

Gonna go home and hook em up and see how they sound!!

The wife is not gonna be happy!

Listened to the QB's briefly. Nice punchy bass, and clear highs. Nice first impression.

Is that supposed to be a matched pair? I can see the EMIT tweeter in the second pic. But what does the first pic have for highs?

Also what's up with the mid-speaker in the second photo? That looks a little funky (out of place). Is that "original"?

From what i know about Infinity speakers. Thats how they should look. The Qb's have either a dome mid, a paper mid like this or the later clear poly mid. They are not mirror imaged.

The Qe's should have the emit tweeter but I am guessing the flash makes it impossible to see here.

These speakers are gonna make me buy a "new" old receiver. The cheap Yamaha Home Theater Receiver aint cutting it. Need some power for these speakers.

Well I remembered that I bought a NAD 3080 from Geppy on here. I had lent it to my son. I got it back and hooked up the Infinity Qb's and it was a night and day difference in the way the speakers sounded. With my cheap Yamaha they sounded muddy and boomy. The NAD lifted the veil! The highs are clear and defined and the bass is nice and punchy. Only problem is now I have too many speakers!

Those older NADs are great amps. But "don't" "ever" say you have "too" "many" speakers!

    "Never, Never say EVER!"

    Enjoy!
