Where to find replacement parts on Club Polk Website?

I was reading an older post that indicated there is a Parts and Service area for Club Polk members. I'd like to see what drivers may still be available to replace my frozen MW6600 in my RTA 11 (non T) Monitor Series.

I called customer service and the woman could not find RTA 11 or Monitor 11 and wasn't very helpful other than telling me the standard price is $60 for any of the available mid/woofer drivers.

I'd like to take a look at what's available, specs and pricing.
