From my own collection, an original piano black Thiel SCS - serial number 0073. It's 9 years old, but that still leaves 1 year left on the Thiel warranty. ;)

Shielded 2-way design, coaxial mounted 1" metal dome and 6.5 inch mid-woof. (tweet mounted behind the woof dustcap).
30-200 w recommended power
87db 1w/1m
-3db 46Hz - 22Khz

Couple good scratches on the bottom, all 'visible' sides are in great condition. Works as new, and sounds STUNNING. Pics later today...

    Next time I suggest you just post here at what you know the item is worth. Your rep here here ought to be worth any premium, plus don't forget the cost of your shoe leather...

    For those that don't know, I got four lovely SL-2000's plus cash from Russ for the cost of four 2000T's I ordered from Polk CS and had shipped directly to him. The cash amount negotiation was the weirdest I've ever been in as he argued to pay me more and I argued to pay me less... We ended up splitting the difference.

    Just a big heart to go with that oversized melon of his...

    I appreciate the kind words guys, I just get a kick out of hooking another member up with some good fortune (as much or more than simply making a few $).

    Don't get me wrong, I've gone straight to the internet on some money-makers, but I try to throw the forum a bone on occasion.

    Some other members have been REALLY good to me, George Grand, Hoosier, Troy, Gidrah...(to name a few). That, and I feel like I've been pretty lucky in my 'finds'. I figure I'm just paying it forward so to speak, sharing the wealth.

    If nothing else, perhaps it results in more good audio-kharma for me down the road. I can live with that.

    I don't know why I acted like I did earlier, thinking about the tax man I guess. The things we let get under our skin...what can I say.
