Selling local to me in Olympia, WA 98501.
Complete Polk RT5000p setup with set of dual RT55's to makeup a 9.2 system. Included with the RT55's and CS1000p are speaker stands. I had Polk go thru the amps in the 3000p bases and they don't have the original RT speakers. I substitued a set of RT55's which give more output to the mains.
Mains RT55's are black and bases are cherry. CS1000p Center & dual stands are black. FX/1000p Dipole/Bipoles are cherry. RT 55's & stands are black. MFW-15's with Seaton Turbo Kits are cherry (this pair easily fills my 6000+ cu ft room).
Everything above local for $2400 and I do not want to ship.
Also have a set of RT2000P in black for $300.
Also have a set of RT1000i in cherry for $300.
PM me here or email me at bsoko2@comcast.net.
Thanx, Bill

Just so I understand:
The rosewood RT3000p sub bases do not have the original 10" sub drivers?
You have replaced the satellite speakers on the RT3000p mains with black RT55's? If so, do you have the original RT3000p sats? If they are rosewood I have some interest in them.
You have a total of three sets of RT55's, one pair on the mains, another pair for the rear surrounds and an extra surround pair to make 9.2?

No original sats, that is why I use the RT55's. L&R surrounds are the FX1000p, and the rear surround are the RT55's. Local sale only!My 2012 HT Room - http://www.avsforum.com/t/1416077/bsoko2-new-ht-june-2012

I never said 10" subs and I have added a set of RT55's to make this a 9.2 system including the dual MFW-15's with the Seaton Turbo Kits. The newer recievers allow for 9 speakers and 2 subwoofers. If this does not sell locally then I will just keep everything. I just recently upgraded my entire speaker system so that is why I am selling. So, is this a 7.2 or 9.2? Also, to respond to rtart, the RT3000p's come with 8" subs, not 10". PM me if shipping becomes an option and you are willing to break into pieces as I'd be interested in that CS1000p.
I currently run RT3000p's, a CS400i, and RT55's for my HT and its quite an impressive system. Those subs are pretty stout and musical to boot. GLWTS bsoko! My 2012 HT Room - http://www.avsforum.com/t/1416077/bsoko2-new-ht-june-2012 -
I was clarifying on the subs in case a possible seller reads that and expects 10" subs in those 3000's. Just trying to help.

"Complete Polk RT5000p setup with set of dual RT55's to makeup a 9.2 system." Thanx, Bill
I'm kind of confused? You say you have a complete RT5000 setup but then go on to say it's missing the RT3000 satellites?
How can it be a "complete" RT5000 system if it's missing two of the most-important parts of the RT5000 system?
Shouldn't it really say "partial" RT5000 system? -
I was told that the RT55's are better than the original sats as far as output with the RT3000p subs. It is complete with the RT55's. You should try it!My 2012 HT Room - http://www.avsforum.com/t/1416077/bsoko2-new-ht-june-2012

I think you were misled. You should have looked around harder for the real-deal before assuming that.
But even if someone were to believe that RT55's are a better match, it still doesn't make a "complete RT5000 system".
The RT3000 satellites were an integral part of the RT5000 system and no RT5000 system can be considered "complete" without them any more than any other system that is missing some of the components can.
Not trying to run you down, just think the quote in question is a tad misleading. I know I wouldn't have posted it like that.
I know you want to sell these speakers locally but if you do decide to ship, I might be interested in the RT3000p subs alone if they are in good shape. -

@ work so I don't have much time to read the rest of the thread. PM asap me if you have the RT2000p's or the 3000p's available, and shipping is an option (would possibly pay a little more on top of s&h to obtain these). Thanks!LivingRoom

Not worth the cost to you, look locally. Plus, there is no quarantee that they would go from WA to Fl without some damage. My 2012 HT Room - http://www.avsforum.com/t/1416077/bsoko2-new-ht-june-2012 -

Death & taxes. That's it.
That's why they have insurance (just in case the unlikely happens).
If you pack them properly, the chances are pretty-slim they would be damaged.
99% of all shipping damage comes from poor packaging. -

Yeah his new system looks pretty-awesome. I'm curious to how it sounds too. I bet it's pretty-sweet.
I don't know how many bumps he's going to need before someone local to him see's the ad on here though.
You might want to put it on Craigslist or in the local paper (if you haven't already) bsoko2 if you are adamant about refusing to ship anything. -

Polkies always get first chance at gear for sale for the first 2 weeks. Will post to local Craigslist this coming week. As far as my setup, I had a guy come down from Seattle area and pickup the MFW-15 with Turbo Kits that I had for sale. He got a listen to my setup and said that he has head over half a dozen home theaters in his area and what I have blew everything he has heard away. He was raving about the mid range of the speakers and Submersives. I'm a happy camper and have posted info on these speakers in post #30.My 2012 HT Room - http://www.avsforum.com/t/1416077/bsoko2-new-ht-june-2012 -
