Ok, say you want to comment on two things or more in one thread. So you take your mouse, and highlight what you want to comment on, right click it, copy --- go to your reply box -- then click QUOTE, a box will show up --- PASTE IT there.

Also note, that in your reply box when you scroll down it shows your everything that everyone has said. That being said means that you could easily do this without problems.

Also note, that if you forget to do this and want to comment on something else, that the edit button is in the bottum right hand corner.

I too have noticed that the guys here can be a little harsh if you don't use proper kings english blah di blah blah blah rabble rabble so on and so forth.

MTX - That isn't it at all, very few out of this forum, mentioned issues. I wasn't bothered by it...it just sounded like Trey to me. No offense Trey, you are able to edit I guess.

Wrong, not Brett....but me. The King's English is what is taught to everyone in school, it's purpose is to have people be able to communicate with one another with a common language. Perhaps as you grow older you will realize the importance of being able to use proper english as a powerful tool. I'd like to see you apply for a job using that hacked up vocabulary.

oh yes, i am truly a wigger as i sit in my College's computer lab wearing a sweater and khakis, and yesterday i wore a different pair of khakis with a nice white old navy fleece, what a wigger am I. I bet i would fit right in with the crypts and bloods right about now. also you'll find that most of those who know car audio well can speak just as clearly as you do but many of us both go to school and work, which puts great restraints on the time that we have to reply, whereas the home audio crowd is typically (then there's sid) older, thereby having more time (wether you admit it or not). On top of that we speak in the forums in the same manner that we speak with other members of our generation. Every generation has it's own slang, and while i can easily speak the kings english, when not nesicary however i prefer to use a dialect that is more common among my peers.

You all have Jstas, what more can I say.

I like the guy, he gives good advice and keeps things interesting. (for referance i mean in a good way)

and quite frankly i think some of you (i'll avoid names) need to get off his nuts and leave him the f*$% alone. You wouldn't appreciate being treated in the manner that you treat him so you should show some respect and maturity and stop making Jstas the butt of your jokes and off-hand comments

Oh, I just have to jump in....

I'm 17 years old, and you will rarely ever see me use "my generation's" slang on a public forum. I may slip into it when with friends, or in 1 on 1 conversation, but not in public forum. I find that you will get a much better response to posts (questions or otherwise) if you type in clear, discernable english. A few typos are fine, but when it gets to the point that noone can read your post, what's the point of posting in the first place?

Anyway, enough said...

Yes, it's true that every generation has it's own slang, but the "wigger" dialect (for lack of a better definition) is nothing new. Ebonics has been used by a certain group of folks for generations, unsuccessfully I might add because they can't communicate with 90+% of the rest of the population.

I will have to admit saying that you and your friends are all idiots was uncalled for and I have admiration in your ability to study and work, no easy task.

You haven't been around here long enough to know Jstas' history. He gets nothing more than he brought upon himself.

Self-depricating humor seems to be an essential element in forum posting, especially so in "Off Topic". Doesn't mean 100% of the time you have to bend over; doesn't mean that you can never make a stand, get angry, post angry, but it does seem to earn one the right to do so.

MTX - Poor Jstas, he is so victimized in life, lets have a group cry. He has history here MTX, that's all, well earned and 100% due to his hard work at being Mr. Angry Pants.

It is a fact, that he is very active and helpful in the Car Audio forum. He is always welcome over here for posting, there are no lines drawn in the sand. He obviously has knowledge, and is crafty with tubes apparently....so why ISN'T he here? He should be. We ALL get picked on over here at one time or another, its a forum full of guys for gosh sakes.

I got the troll treatment for the first few days. But it worked out. I guess every forum needs a couple of angry guys now and again....... like brett, Jstas and myself. I don't sweat it when they rip me. I take as critical improvement oppurtunity.;)
