Worth the upgrade?

I currently run 2 Denon poa-1500s and a Denon poa-8300 for my 7.1 surround. I am looking at getting a Parasound 5125 for $1300. My questions are is this a good deal on the Parasound (listed as new) and is it a big enough upgrade to justify the price? The Denon 1500ss are going on 30 years.I think I can get $1000 if I sell my 3 current amps (please don't think I am trying to sell them here, I know the rules). $1300 is the very top of my price range. I have the Rti 8s, csi-3, and fxi3s for surrounds. Any help is appreciated! Thanks,
