In-Wall / In-Celing speaker setup help

Hello, I'm going to be finishing my basement and would like some input on speaker selection/placement for the Home Theater area setup. The area is going to be approx 20x16 and we will be using it for TV/Movies and some occasional music. I'm thinking I'll have to do a 5.1 setup because I won't have sidewalls on both sides to use but please correct me if I'm wrong as I'm new to this. My budget for speakers is around 800$. I was looking at something like the RC65i's or RC85i's for the front and RC60i or RC80i's for the surrounds in the ceiling(or would it be better to go with in-walls for the surrounds) I can get the front and rears for about $300 but I'm not sure what to do for the center channel and the sub. Any input or suggestions you can offer are much appreciated.
Thanks
Thanks

Thanks for the tip. What about the surrounds. Is it better to put them in-ceiling just behind the listening area or use in walls on the rear wall?
