Livid !! LG lw6500

My Lg Lw 6500 that I paid $2400 in October has developed serious DSE blotching.. We purchased the exstra warranty. The Tech came out this morning was rude to my wife, told her he did not see the defect ( it's as clear as day on a third of the screen, I even left a picture and some test disks to run). When he finally admitted to my wife that he could see it he told her that it was acceptable!!. If you by a brand new car and it starts leaking oil is that effin acceptable?!

So far he said he would try to get a panel replacement but not to count on it!! He did not explain a time frame or wether he would be in touch. After I finish teaching this next software class some phone calls are going to be a flying:evil::evil:

    Eff that guy. :evil: Some people need a reminder on how the whole customer/contractor dynamic works.

    I've been lookin' at the same screen... how have you liked it ... besides this issue...

    If it wasn't for the DSE that appeared, its a stellar set. Passive 3D is amazing! I dont want another model or even another brand I just want this one fixed.:cry:
