    it's because they purposely slowed the connection....not because of the network load....

    the link I had showed he won in small claims court because of that.....

    10 lane highway is acceptable...but their speed limit changes based on your usage....similar to denying/discriminating service because of user's skin color, sex, religion, ages and etc

    I have Verizon, and I use about 2-3GB per month and have never received an email/text or anything like that. I am in the Unlimited Everything plan they had years and years ago.

    Yeah, they're still planning to throttle - just not at a level that below the capped plan they sell for the same price. That I can deal with. Not thrilled, but ok.
