I have 2 Polk Audio SurroundBar3000's... 1 in the familyroom, 1 in the bedroom... I'm having trouble with both sub-woofers.. after a period of time the sub-woofer makes a popping noise... I've tried changing channels, moving the sub-woofer around the room.. turning off for a period of time and tuning back on and still the same results. Could it be RF interference from cell phones or wf-fi? if so, I'm thinking in this age of technology, this shouldn't be a problem.. any advice would be appreciated. Jeff

    Hello 64,
Thanks for posting on Polk's forum. In all likelihood you are experiencing RF interference from some other wireless device(s). The way to determine this is to try (temporarily) turning off the other devices to see if the problem stops. I've talked to the guys in Polk's CS department and the only solution is to go with the more sophisticated SB4000 and 6000 which can search for less congested channels. If you've tried all four of the channels on the SB3000 then there's not much you can do, unfortunately.
    Sorry you're having the problem.
    Regards, Ken
