What a joke

From a previous post I wrote that I ordered a HID conversion kit for my truck. They do not work and I want to return.
Well here is the funny part.
1> I noticed that the products box looked different than what the seller store had pictured. there is a brand named
STANDARD and a Brand named NSSC. I wanted the NSSC and paid $110.00 for it, the other brand cost $84.00
2> on the invoice there is an ASIN # wich is B0069xe8sc and that # matches product that I oreder from Amazon Marketplace. The ASIN # for the STANDARD BRAND is different.
I contacted seller and explained to him this and how I thought it wasn't cool to replace a product with a cheaper
one.
The seller actually wanted me to call him so he could resolve this issue, gave me his cell phone # ( WTF)
I called it to see what he had to say from my cell and man what he told me was a freaking joke. He said that the
products are the same and the only difference is that the Standard brand comes with a 3 month warranty and the NSSC comes with a 1 year so that is why I paid $110.
I asked why did you send me the wrong item and not contact me first? He said the are the same but that they just got the new boxes in and thats why the set my stuff in them " they ran out of the NSSC boxes"WTF?
I asked if they actually make this product at their store ... he said NO! then I asked if it was common practice to open factory sealed boxes and swap product.... he said NO! Then why did you tell me you ran out of NSSC boxes and send me nine in a STANDARD brand box? UH Studder.. Studder .
He then asked me if I want a full return..... DAH! he asked if I had a pen and paper so I can write down return address ..... is this normal?
I said no I don't think so, you need to e-mail me this info and then I'll send back.
He asked if I had the strobe problem when I turned lights on and that I should have because every one that has a DODGE needs specail adapters. WHAT !!!! OK YOU KNEW THIS WHEN I ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT IF THEY WOLD WORK BUT FAILED TO TELL ME BEFORE I PLACED ORDER!!!!!!!!!!! AND YOU ARE TELLING ME NOW!!!!!!
MAN IF I COULD REACH THROUGH A PHONE!!!!!
OK I"m done need beer and some tunes!

If I were you I would order extra bulbs because getting these individual Sellers to warranty the bulbs is a joke and will result in you having no lights die a period of time......comment comment comment comment. bitchy.
