PSW404 hook-up to Onkyo SR602

Hey All... we've got some RTi10 towers and a PSW404 hooked-up to an Onkyo SR-602 receiver. The towers work great, but I can't see to get the sub working at all. Hooked up the RCA jack on the back of the sub to the Subwoofer jack on the Amp, but nothing. The light on the sub stays Red even though I'm playing a movie or what-not. There's been no lightning strike or anything that I can think of.

Any help for debugging and getting it working would be appreciated.

    T22, welcome to Club Polk. Probably the first thing to do is to make sure you're connected to the sub out on the 602 and not a sub input from a source component(it's happened). Next, to test the sub itself connect one of your main speaker wires to one of the PSW404's speaker level inputs to see if you get sound.
