I just can't take it. I have just found a set of rti70's for $249.99ea at another store and with the CC p.m. that puts them at $234.99ea. Now I can get 2-rti70's, 1-csi40, 2-38's $200 cheeper then what I paid for the rm7200 set ($1299.99) for a total of $1026.98. Well that along with the soon to arrive svs will only leave the reciever upgrade. You have to watch CC and there price match the store that I bought the system from said that they would not match the other stores price because they were not with-in a 25mi radious so I called another store even farther away and they said yes they would and that it didn't matter which CC store I had bought the set from I can up-grade at there store.

HUGE difference. You will LOVE the new rig. Room filling, strong mid range and upper bass. And the SVS will fill the bill perfectly on the low end.
BTW, I read your post over at HTF; good to know Tom/Ron care enough to reject a shipment of enclosures, eh?"What we do in life echoes in eternity"

The posts on the HTF show me that they will not over-look even the smallest of details which if nothing else secures the coincerns of not only mine but others as well, I'm sure it will prove worth the wait, how can so many good reviews be wrong. I just wish I understood half of what the doc's reviews and graphs mean, the only thing I can tell is they must whop-****... What do ya think about 70's as rears, too much? now would be the time for me to do it. What about the rear center csi30-40?

I went today and traded-up the rm7200 set ($1299.99+tax) and got 2-rti70's, 1-csi40, 2-rti38's with a 10yr warrenty for $32.28 less then what I paid for the rm7200 set, so for an extra $100 I got the csi20 (they didn't have any 30's in either store). I figure that the csi20 will be ok or do you think I should take it back and look on-line? Now I'm going to have to build wall shelves to put the 38's on and run the AVIA again. I have noware to put the rear center except on the ceiling because of the stairs has anybody mounted on there?
Thanks Dave -
Dave,
Try the Csi20 for a couple of days at the very least. Personnally I would want the 30 though. -
You got the 20 for rear center mode, right? I agree with Frank about wanting the bigger, but in reality, I personally would want a 40 out back too.comment comment comment comment. bitchy.
