Need adapter for factory head unit

Looking for an adapter for my factory radio. There is no standard aux in but the unit has a cd input. The input is an 8pin din female connector. Is there an adapter that goes from 3.5mm or stereo rca to 8 pin din male? Will this work? Like to hook up the ipod.
