Ceiling mount for M40 recommendation?

I'm trying to mount my rear Monitor 40s, but I won't be able to use the wall because it would be way far back from the seats if I did and I can't use the sides either, would have bought the Pinpoint AM-40B, but now I need a recommendation for ceiling mounts.
