I'm no expert -- just guessing by looking at pictures, but that's what they look like to me. Don't know if it's a good price or not, maybe a tad high?

I'd be a lot more interested if I hadn't just picked up some SDA-2As a week ago...

Isn't the price way too high for what looks like Monitor 5's?

    Klipsch RB81, KG3.5, B&W DM602.5, Polk.
Subwoofers: Klipsch RW10, Triad ProSub Bronze.

For the sake of reference, I'm going to put here that the asking price was $260. When this becomes an old, forgotten thread, that CL ad will no longer be there.

5's are amazing, even better than S8.
I got them for less than $50.
I have yet to listen to bigger Polks that I really want to see how 5's stack up with/against them.

I wouldn't pay more than $80-90 for a pair of 5B's. I love mine, the CL seller is on crack.

Tracey, I have a couple pairs of 5's. I may soon be ready to sell one. We should take this offline...

It is a really nice speaker. I may have paid a little too much for a mint pair at $100 but I have no regrets.
I would love to put some nice caps in there some day.

The guy in AUS with the 5s keeps bumping the ad up to the top - but hasn't dropped the price. Not even 10 bucks. Hope he doesn't mind keeping them.
