Since there was some concern over order fulfillment and comm with Welborne Labs recently, I thought I would briefly share how my purchase of a power supply went.

1/10 - Rec'd automated email order confirmation, no delivery estimate
1/13 - CC Payment cleared bank
2/1 - UPS email of shipment info receipt and tracking (ground)
2/6 - Delivered
Very pleased with design, fit and finish, and noticeable improvement in Touch output.

Glad to see you had a positive experience from their typically awful customer service.CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

They make a nice product and it certainly improves SQB performance, but their CS is not a strong point.
