Setting up Sony DN1000 + Monitor70 + CS2 + sub woofer

Hi,
I'm trying to figure out the best way to hook up my system. I just got two monitor 70 and the cs2 and its currently setup to have the Monitor 70 bi-amp but I'm not sure what settings to use for the DN1000. We mostly use this system to watch TV and Roku (movies).
Here's what I have.
Sony DN1000
Polk Monitor 70 for L and R
Polk CS2 for Center
Polk sub woofer.
Sony DN1000 is currently set up with:
- SP Pattern = Neural-THX
- SB Assign = BI-Amp
- Auto calibration and set to "Full Flat"
- Manual speaker setup to have SL and SR (I think this is wrong? but not sure)
