most pop acts wont sing live in a situation like that. I certainly wouldnt. the reverb and echo would be hell.
If you want it to sound good, you sync it. She is singing her own stuff. It's not like its Milli Vanilli

I don't think so. That mic wouldn't have any problems with reverb and echo. The worst enemy would have been stage monitors but that wasn't even a factor, they were using in-ears. I thought she sang portions of it for sure. And Cee Lo looked spot on with his runs as well.

Maybe it was me, But Madonna looked like she was sleep walking the routines, I know she isn't a spring chicken anymore, but she embaressed herself. Almost painfull to watch.

I was prepared to really hate her performance due to her fake British accent and **** ways.

She actually did OK for 53 years old (same age as me and I would look a little tentative too if I was expected to do cartwheel on a stage at the Superbowl with millions watching).

I feel that Madonna and I are "close" because we both grew up in Southeastern Michigan and attended the UofM in the late 70's. As far as I know she didn't take any engineering classes (I would have remembered) and I took exactly zero dance classes. So we never actually met, and then later we drifted apart.

Thanks Tim. You put a smile on otherwise a quiet Monday.
I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.

    Wow,

    It's been what?...like 35 years!

There she is clomping around in some kind of Egyptian outfit and lip-syncing during halftime at the Superbowl.
Here I am sitting in the basement of my house, in a small town in Wisconsin (that no one can pronounce), drinking a Keystone and watching her there on TV.
I bet she doesn't think about me...and often.
We kind of never had a moment.
