Anyone heard of them? There is not much online I am looking at some that are for sale on Craigslist - 3 theater chairs. Just checking to see if anyone has had any experience with them. Thanks.

Why don't you just go check them out? Nothing better than laying eyes and hands on something you might be interested in buying. Just my humble opinion, nothing more.

And check. Did both. They seem to be really nice but always looking for additional thoughts/opinions.

Well for this type of decorating you really need a professional not unless you know someone real Creativee and able to help you pick stuff out.

I don't think there's a need for any professional in this matter  I mean, this type of furniture can be found anywhere, not that there's much special about it.
The OP is just asking for any experience from users, not specifically from a professional

Wow! Really? Look at the last 20 posts. I bet almost half of them are about "floor standing or bookshelf", "which AVR", "what amp should I get", etc. etc. etc. This is a California based company that I was hoping to get some additional feedback if any left coasters had had the privilege of owning. No biggie if not - I can make an informed decision on what information I do have.

And if you have people at work that can't make decisions, then you should hire and train better employees. Just sayin'.

BTW - I picked them up tonight. I think they will work great for me. Pictures and review will come later - in case anyone else on here is given the opportunity to purchase.

Well, here is the online picture I found that matches what I bought (840 -SEC Cimemax). Should have mine together and in place tonight and will post some more. They are in really great shape and all these months of searching paid off. Plus, they had a matching rocking chair which will be placed in my prime listening spot.

    Awesome looking sofa.

As to clarify earlier... I guess my point was if you saw the furniture, sat on the furniture, inspected the build quality/materials used and ultimately liked it why was a secondary opinion or experience needed?

I am slightly more of an impulse buyer as I will usually pre-research before I physically look at something or plan on buying it and once I find said item and finalize that this is indeed what I want I will buy it...

But the speaker vs speaker or avr vs avr - I understand those questions if the person can't physically go to a store or they have zero experience. On the other hand we all can sit on a sofa and no amount of expertise will make you any smarter about how comfortable it is - granted there are different leathers and differents grades, etc - and if those are your questions I understand. I guess that would fall more into the pre research phase... Ultimately if your question is "Do you like this sofa?" and that is a determining factor I don't understand why it is....

Perhaps I am just having an off day... that is a super nice sofa - rock it out and enjoy! Congrats!! :)

(Just wanted to explain my previous post)

VR3 - no problems. I understand where you are coming from - how the heck can you tell me if a couch (speaker, sub, etc.) is good quality without being there. My problem was I had done the research and thought I knew what I was looking for and then these came up and there just wasn't much info online about them. And then my other instinct kicks in - if it seems like too good of a deal ...

Does $150 per chair seem reasonable?

Hope they aren't infested with anything !! JK, they look sweet. $450 sounds like less than half of MSRP so yeah, reasonable considering the good condition.

Thanks, thsmith. That is the best I could get was Dillard's, Macy's, and some smaller regionals sold them - not exactly discount places.

Welp - here they are in their new home. I gotta tell ya, the leather feels like butta. So far - so good.

Don't get me wrong - I don't think I got the deal of the century (like $5 SDAs or 70 cent CDs). The buyer and seller both knew what they were worth and they were not moving until the end of February. I did not think I was going to be able to get what I wanted for the budget I had. I have champaign taste on a beer budget!

Last night I watched basketball on the big screen while listening to music on my SDAs while encased in leather. Yeah, I am happy ... for now.
